BRAMBLE AND HAWTHORN HOUSE
Our two large four bedroom townhouses are based in Porth, a family loved location just on the outskirts of Newquay. This is the perfect location to base yourself while exploring everything that Cornwall has to offer. With glorious beaches on tap and the South West Coast Path a stones throw away, this will be a coastal holiday to remember. Both properties have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, views overlooking Porth Valley from one side of the house and out to sea from the other. We provide all the essentials you'll need to enjoy your holiday with us in Cornwall!

Both houses have an identical layout: the ground floor has one double bedroom and shower room, along with a large patio out the back - perfect for brunching al fresco! The middle floor has the family bathroom, a second double bedroom, and the open plan lounge and kitchen. We provide all the cutlery, crockery and utensils you would require during your stay. There is also a balcony off of the lounge which is ideal to watch the sun rise over the valley. Upstairs we have a twin/kids room and the final double bedroom with an ensuite.

AMENITIES
Check in from 4pm and check out at 10am.
If you do arrive early and we have not finished the changeover you can drop off your luggage with us and we can contact you as soon as the property is ready. If you wish to order a food delivery please let us know the time and we will happily put it away in the kitchen for you.

Body boards and fishing nets for you to use whilst you're staying with us.
All beds will be made up ready for you on arrival and towels are provided for you. However, we do request house towels do not get removed from the property and that you bring your own beach towels.

THE LOCAL AREA
We are just up the hill from the family loved Porth Beach. It is perfect for kids as it has a river to play in and is sheltered from any strong winds thanks to its alcove shape. We also have the surfing haven of Watergate Bay a 20 minute walk along the coast path in be other direction. Newquay town is a 5 minute drive away or a 25 minute walk which is perfect to get some delicious seafood, a perfect pasty, or a refreshing ice cream!
